Pornhub has taken petty to a new level.
Yesterday, which was the 10th year since the release of Kim Kardashian and Ray J’s sex tape, Pornhub ‘honoured’ the reality TV star by branding her their number 1 pornstar, the tweet complete with a screenshot from the tape.
As much as Kim Kardashian tries to forget about that turning point in her story, she and Kris Jenner are often accused of masterminding the release of the tape. There are also allegations that she still earns income from the sales.
Last October, Vivid Entertainment announced that it would be “using the latest immersive technology” to take viewers into that room with Kim K. The experience reportedly will begin with the actual footage from the sex tape, and then viewers would be transported into that same room and that same bed, with the reality star. But in her stead, a look-alike performs sexual acts on them.
Kim Kardashian’s sex tape is the all-time best-selling celebrity sex tape and it was for that reason that the adult content site Pornhub, which still offers viewers opportunity to watch the clip, took to their Twitter to ‘celebrate’ her.
Many people have found that tweet disrespectful. Others think it’s yet another marketing tool. But Kim Kardashian has ignored all the drama.
