Federal High Court Affirms Okezie Ikpeazu As Abia State Governor

The Federal High Court in Owerri, presided upon by Justice A.I Allagoa has today Friday 8th of July, 2016 affirmed the election of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.

Ruling on the matter filed by Mr. Friday Nwosu against, Ikpeazu on alleged forgery of tax documents, the court ruled that the plaintiff, (Nwosu) was unable to prove that the tax documents were forged.

The court also ruled that the tax documents in question were original and went on to dismiss the matter.

Ogah, Barrister Ubani and INEC should cover their head in shame…they were desperate to take over Abia state but God disappoint them, the next line of action is for Ogah to face his fraudulent case and straight to prison, his intention was that, if he become governor, immunity will cover him up from prosecution but now that such move is a bygone, he should be ready to face his trial. Congratulations to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu. Shame to Ogah and cohorts.
