Governor Wike Appoints Special Assistant On Traffic Lights

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has appointed Daye Graham-Douglas as Special Assistant to the Governor on Street/Traffic Lights.

A statement by Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the Rivers State Governor on Electronic Media noted that the appointment takes immediate effect.

“Governor Wike has installed Street Lights on major streets in Port Harcourt, Obio/Akpor and Ikwerre Local Government Areas, while traffic lights have been installed in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area.”

“The State Capital and its environs were without Street and traffic lights for over 8 years,” the statement released 24th September, 2016 said.
