Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo had some terse words for critics who had unkind things to say to him this evening.
The drama started after the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly pastor shared a photo where he was posing beside a power bike and many fans assumed he just purchased the bike. Blogs ran the story, upsetting the famous preacher who quickly took to his Instagram to clarify that he was only admiring the powerful machine.
However, some fans hopped on the pastor’s page to drop some nasty criticism. While one accused him of making a deceptive post about the bike, another claimed he was encouraging his followers to idolise him.
But the pastor, who had previously been roasted after a lavish Dubai birthday bash, had some apt response for his critics.
“I absolutely cannot stand mediocrity around me,” he clapped back at the folk who accused him of deception, and to the other, he said, “Why would you insinuate that I point people to myself more than God? Nobody here is worshipping me.”
