Many Nigerians have heaped praises on Davido for signing the ‘Ile Ijo’ crooner May D to DMW music label.
The label owned by Davido is a prestigious one also dubbed as the 30 Billion Gang.
DMW which means Davido Music Worldwide came into existence after the singer officially announced his break from HKN Music.
With talents like Davido himself, Peruzzi, Mayorkun, and Dremo to mention but a few, the label which launched in 2016 is arguably one of Nigeria’s most thriving music labels.
May D shared the good news via his Twitter page on Saturday morning, as well as posting a photo of the brand logo.

The singer was previously signed to Square Records and was recently in the news after he accused Paul and Peter Okoye of now-defunct Psquare music group, of not treating him properly as an artiste under their label.
He shared his experience with the defunct Psquare music group shortly after Cynthia Morgan in May narrated how she lost everything she made from music to Jude Okoye due to the contract she signed with his record label ‘Northside Music Group.’
With the new deal, fans are excited for May D and have heaped praises on Davido for signing the singer to his label.
