Breaking: Students, Staff Abducted From Kagara School Released – Official
Abducted students and staff of Government Science College in Kagara, Niger state have on Saturday, February 27 regained freedom from armed bandits.
It would be recalled that gunmen suspected to be bandits about a week ago invaded the school in Kagara.

The gunmen kidnapped 27 students and 15 others, who are teachers and their family members residing within College Staff Quarters.
However, according to ChannelsTV by a source at Niger state government house confirmed the new development on Saturday.
The source said;
The Kagara schoolboys have been released. They are on their way to town now. All the boys and the family members were released.
According to him the children where released from a location close to where fifty-three abductees were released a week ago.
They are expected to be received by Governor Abubakar Bello at the Government House in Minna.

The release of the Kagara students comes a day after 317 schoolgirls were abducted from Government Girls Secondary School, Jangebe in Zamfara state.
There have been a spate of kidnappings, targeting vulnerable groups particularly in the north.
