Abdulmalik Uthman, son of Habeeb Uthman, better known as Obama DMW, a close association of singer Davido, has broken his silence following his father’s sudden death.
The record label owner and artistes’ manager reportedly died of a heart failure at a hospital in Lekki , Lagos state on Tuesday, June 29.

He drove himself to the hospital for checkup over difficulties in breathing but later died in the hospital.
Obama was earlier today buried, according to Islamic rites in Epe, Lagos state, surrounded by family and friends.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Malik declared he would keep the memories of his father in his heart “so that you are with me in every way.”
He wrote;
Dad, I won’t immortalize you in the stars, because they fade away. I won’t remember you with a poem, for it will be forgotten one day. I will just keep you safe in my heart, so that you are with me in every way. I miss you.

He then took to his Instagram story to further mourn his father, whom he was very close to until his death.
